No. AI previews, before & afters, patients, photos, storage and ratings are all unlimited on every plan. Plans differ by practitioner seats, not by how much you use them. There is no counter and no overage bill.

Yes, saved through Stripe at signup, but nothing is charged. Billing begins after fourteen days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Practitioner seats, plus two features. Practice and Clinic add multi-device access and white-label patient pages, so the preview your patient opens at home carries your practice name and not ours. Everything else is identical, and unlimited, on all three.

Yes, up or down, at any time. If you move up, the new tier is charged from the next billing period.

You can export everything at any time. After cancellation your data is securely deleted within thirty days. It is your data; we hold it for you.

Each practice gets isolated, encrypted storage. Patient photos are processed in memory and not written to permanent storage during simulation, and images are never used to train models. A BAA is included in the signup terms.

No. Plans are per practice and priced by practitioner seats. Groups with eleven or more seats are handled separately, including volume pricing and single sign-on.

No. Monthly plans are month to month. Annual is paid once for the year at 20% less.

Nothing changes. There is no cap to run into and no overage to switch on — a busy month costs exactly what a quiet one does. The only reason to move up a tier is more practitioner seats.

SmileStudio works alongside whatever you already use, and every finished case goes into a marketing library that belongs to your practice. You keep the clinical decisions; we close the sales and marketing gaps around them.
